- How does MatchVet verify its vets? — Every vet and clinic on MatchVet is credential-checked before they can send offers, and rated after every visit. Low-rated vets lose visibility.
- Is MatchVet a good way to book vet care, or should I just use my regular vet? — For routine care, home visits, and lab tests, MatchVet is usually easier and cheaper. Keep a regular clinic for emergencies and chronic specialist care.
- Will I see a different vet every time on MatchVet? — Only if you want to. Your pet's full record travels with them, so any vet you pick has the history — and you can choose a vet you've used before.

- Can I get X-rays, ultrasound, or surgery through MatchVet? — Yes — imaging, dental work, and surgery are booked as in-clinic appointments at MatchVet's partner clinics, in the app. Not an outside referral.
- Can MatchVet help with an emergency or after-hours vet in Lahore? — For life-threatening emergencies go to a 24/7 hospital. But when your clinic is closed, MatchVet vets can send urgent offers and some reach you in minutes.
