What can a vet do on a video call?
A vet can look at visible problems (skin, eyes, ears, wounds, how your pet walks or breathes), go through appetite, vomiting, stool and behaviour changes, advise on diet and medicines, review lab reports, and tell you whether your pet needs to be seen in person — and how urgently.
When is a video consult not enough?
Breathing difficulty, suspected poisoning, road accidents, seizures, a swollen hard belly, straining without passing urine, or a pet that is collapsing need a clinic now, not a video call. Vaccinations, blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound and surgery also need a physical visit — in Lahore, Sheikhupura and Gujranwala you can book those on MatchVet too.
What if my pet's problem can't be solved on a call?
We check before you book. Not every problem needs a clinic, and some are solved from the comfort of your home. A vet or our team looks at your case first.
