Is it free to chat with Minsa?
Yes. Talking to Minsa, on the website or on WhatsApp, is free. You only pay the vet you book — home visit, clinic appointment or video consultation — at the fee shown before you confirm.
Can I chat with Minsa on the website, or only on WhatsApp?
Both. Tap Minsa in the corner of any page to chat right here. On WhatsApp you can also send a voice note, a photo of a wound or skin patch, a short video, or your location pin — a pin lets her show the vets nearest to you. Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp either way.
What if it's an emergency?
If your pet needs to be seen right now, Minsa tells you so and points you to the nearest clinic first. If no vet can reach you, she can set up a video consultation so a vet guides you while you get help.
Which cities does Minsa cover?
She talks to anyone in Pakistan. Home visits and clinic bookings are in Lahore for now; video consultations with a MatchVet vet work from anywhere, from Rs 700.
