Karachi's humid sea air keeps skin infections, fungal patches and ticks going most of the year. Those are problems a vet can see clearly on camera. A video call also saves a cross-city drive through Karachi traffic with a stressed cat in a carrier.

What a vet can sort out on a call
- "Is this serious?" Vomiting, diarrhoea, not eating, limping, lethargy: find out whether it can wait or needs a vet today.
- Skin, eyes and ears: itching, hair loss, ticks, discharge, wounds.
- Food, weight and behaviour: kitten and puppy diets, litter-box problems, anxiety.
- Reports and second opinions: blood tests, prescriptions, a diagnosis you're unsure about.
- Vaccine and deworming schedules: exactly what is due and when.
When your pet needs to be seen: If your pet must be examined in person, we point you to the kind of clinic you need nearby, so you don't spend money on the wrong trip.
Emergency? Trouble breathing, poisoning, a road accident, seizures or collapse: go straight to the nearest clinic. Don't wait for a call.
