Our promise
Not every problem your pet has needs a clinic. Some are solved from the comfort of your home. Before you book, a vet or our team looks at your case. If it's something we can advise on over a call, we book the call. If it needs a clinic, we tell you before the consult and refer you to one, so you never pay for a call that can't help.
A vet can: see how the animal stands, moves and breathes, go through its feed and history, advise on what to do next, prescribe where it's safe to, give a second opinion, and tell you when you need a vet on site.
A vet can't: examine the animal by hand, take samples, give injections or drips, help with a difficult calving, or operate. For those you need a vet on site.
Emergency? A badly swollen belly, a difficult birth, an animal that's down and can't rise, or several animals sick at once need a vet on site now. Call your nearest livestock hospital or vet.
For advice, yes, and it's often useful: what the signs may mean, how urgent they are, what to feed, and when to get a vet on site. A vet on a call can't examine the animal, so we look at your case before you book and tell you if it needs someone on site.
The video consult with Dr. Arslan Ahmad is Rs 1,500. You see the fee before you book, and it includes a digital prescription and free text follow-up for 48 hours.
Not for livestock at the moment. This is a video consult, available anywhere in Pakistan. If the animal needs hands-on care, you'll need a local vet or your nearest government livestock hospital.
